What we collect
When you send an enquiry we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, phone number, country of residence and the trip details you describe. If you use the trip builder, your selections stay in your own browser until you submit them.
How we use it
To prepare your itinerary and quotation, to make bookings with hotels, transport companies and activity operators on your behalf, and to contact you about your trip. We share your details with those suppliers only as far as a booking requires.
Marketing
We send travel offers only if you have opted in. Every email includes an unsubscribe link and we act on it immediately.
Storage in your browser
This site stores your language, currency and colour theme preferences, plus anything you save to your wishlist, in your browser. Those never reach our servers. Clearing your browser data removes all of it.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to the email address on our contact page and we will respond.
